We’re excited to relaunch our Artist in Residence program in our newly remodeled space. We’ve always supported our arts and we hope that our sweet little place will provide a space where art and artists can continue to thrive.
Every three months, the work of a local artist occupies our walls with the opportunity to rotate their artwork throughout their time or a continuous display for customers to enjoy.

Great place to stop in for bakery, brunch, breakfast, diner or comfort food while in New Haven.
A great team who is really committed to the mission from counter staff to servers.
Huge range of options for vegan and gluten free items across the whole menu. Wide range of coffees and teas as well.
Big enough that one could come with kids and a stroller (might be a little crowded on a Sunday though) or by oneself and eat at the counter.
We only ate savory which was delicious - classic grilled cheese - but the sweet items will be in our list for next time.
Clean, well-lit and welcoming environment.

Happy August dear People! We hope you are enjoying some leisure time to kick back and enjoy your family and friends.
Here at Claire’s Corner Copia, we’re having fun with our beautiful summer produce - Thank you to our beloved local organic farmers for the beautiful and healthy and delicious tomatoes and onions, mixed greens for our lovely salads, garlic scapes, and escarole, summer squashes and all the flavorful herbs you are growing for us.
We’ve been making gorgeous salads and entrees and drinks - lots of healthy smoothies, and we even brought back Rose’s Lemongrass Tea for LTO.
We’re gearing up for our 50th Anniversary! Yes, fifty years! We are reflecting on where we were and were we are going, and the ride is awesome! Happy and complicated, with a few bumps (just like life) and thankfully, a community to support us and for us to support them, so we’re doing so well - TOGETHER:-)
